    About the role:

    To carry out aftermarket products, activities and develop spare parts business




    • To coordinate with customers on JBT spare parts business.  This is to continuously boost up the spare part sales records.
    • To sell and follow up on PRoCARE contracts for Asia Pacific customers.
    • Monitor forecast and opportunity list weekly / monthly
    • To assist / coordinate between the customers and Internal JBT (i.e. Service Team, Sales Team, Finance and Accounting Team).
    • To be responsible support internal, CSR and Logistic to handle customer issue with a goal of customer satisfaction
    • To conduct “Customer Satisfactory Survey” and Customer Relationship Management
    • To support logistic team for inventory control forecast.
    • Any other jobs / projects to be assigned by the supervisor as appropriate.



    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering preferably
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience
    • Male/Female, age over 27 years old
    • Good knowledge in marketing and aftermarket product sales is a plus
    • Strong capabilities in to managing / supervising aftermarket projects
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with local and international colleagues
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Able to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a team
    • Able to work Multi Task and Multi Organization
    • Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet Applications
    • Possess own vehicle / driving license
