To perform all administrative work to support customers and AM sales team as the back office. All the administative work will be handled carefully included all claim spare part claims and other services support requirement.


  • To be responsible for the spare parts/service JBT product lines. Responsibility given since receiving customer enquiries, contacting the divisions for spare part quote, and prepare official quotation for aftermarket sale team and JBT other A/P location to support for the quotation e.g. Philippines, China, India, Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia
  • Co-ordinate with aftermarket sale team on the spare part order
  • Responding for the local sourcing purchasing. i.e. electrical component, any tools & equipments for project and service team. And process on the request and purchasing to the supplier (if required)
  • To record/update the inquiry/quotation/order in the tracking sheet
  • To process the customers’ orders for JBT spare parts/Service.
  • Provide ad hoc support to as required & undertake other duties if required including backup support in the event of illness or absence of other employees. Be pro-active in providing advice and support to management team on any matters that required management attention.



  • Issue PO to division and another supplier when get the PO from customers for LFT.
  • Monitoring delivery schedule and update to customer once division/Supplier confirm.
  • Contact factory about quality issue.
  • Provide invoice to customer for the service order and all document concern.
  • Prepare any document may require from customer.
  • Follow up the payment from customer when there are overdue.
  • Update pending quotation to Sales team to follow up an order.

  • Male/Female, age over 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business administration or engineer is preferably
  • At least 4-5 years working experiences in working experiences on customer support in Food/Pharma industry or in maintenance department of the factory
  • Good knowledge in administration development.
  • Being initiative, able to work independently but also being a good team player
  • Strong communication skills (able to deal with internation customers as well as colleagues)
  • Manage pressure (particularly the ones coming from customers )
  • Good selling skill and communication
  • Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, outlook),
  • Good skill with ERP system i.e. SAP/Pronto/Etc
  • Able to work at flexible hours as the job may require
  • Good command of written & spoken English
