  • Overview

    Objective of the role – Responsibility for technical and commercial sales support to the AP JBT sales teams on JBT Portfolio with focus on process line engineering.

     

    Reason for Role – The main reason for the role is focus on protein Sales Projects for Processes Solutions (Level 3) in line with JBT Solution Reviews ensuring optimal end results of JBT System Solutions to our customers.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Process Solution Design – Engineering, pricing, prospect review, pre-neg
    • Evaluate Customer Requirements - Focus on customer solution and experience
    • Take the role as project sales in selected sales opportunities and lead the JBT team work between multiple JBT MBUs from opportunity identified to contract (sales projects classified as L2 and L3).
    • Be instrumental in closing sales by promoting JBT solution value proposition
    • Lead generating “Proven Solutions”, sales manuals, product and solution templates for proposals and other specific sales material
    • Continuous process improvements of JBT Sales Project Handling to simplify and standardize ways of working internally in APAC and between multiple JBT business units / MBU’s

    Qualifications

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering , Food Engineering, or Food Science

    • Experience in working in international environment communicating across multiple cultures
    • Experience in formalizing application/system documentations e.g. quotes, contracts, price list, knowledge sharing systems
    • Experience in working in food processing equipment supply chain
    • Fluent in English communication
    • Able to travel 70% domestic and overseas
    • High energetic person with Can do attitude
