    JBT FoodTech is a leading supplier of customized industrial food processing solutions and services used for high-value applications in the food processing industry. We design, manufacture and service technologically sophisticated food processing systems for the preparation of ready-to-eat meals, shelf stable sterilized packaged foods, meat, seafood and poultry products, juice and dairy products, fruit and vegetables and bakery products.


    • Spare parts in Protein Business i.e. Freezer, Fryer and etc.
    • Prepare PO in Movex, Pronto and Syteline 9 program.
    • Prepare Commercial invoice, and order confirmation
    • Prapare Proforma invoice and follow up Payment
    • Provide relevant documents require upon request i.e. Memorandum, Credit note and etc.
    • Take care Warranty parts and discuss with manufacturing site
    • Update Backlog report, submit weekly report and require report upon request.
    • Prepare Embeded report when purchase spare parts in difference currency
    • Mainly email communication in English


    • Bachelor Degree in Business Admistration or related fields.
    • Minimum 3 years of admin or relevent work experience.
    • Able to handle high workloads
    • Well-organized, proactive, initiative and a good team player
    • Good writing skill in English is a must.
    • Good Command in English is preferable.
    • Proficiency in MS office
