Overview

Essential responsibility of this role is 

- to provide general HR solutions in assigned countries: Australia & New Zealand

- to work with local business leaders closely, provide professional HR consulting on employee relations 

- to update local employment related policies to ensure compliance 

- to follow up corporate initiatives, roll out locally in a proper manner which fits local culture & business requirements

Responsibilities

 HR policies update  keep HR related policies updated

2)  HR Operations

  • Recruitment    work independently or with recruiting firms, get proper candidate per business requirements.  
  • C & B             support payroll specialist on managing payroll; overall manage the C&B matters in the countries.
  • HR Process management   monitor & manage HR process in daily practice, ensure compliance in place
  • HR related reports  regular & ad-hoc reports

3)  Employee relations   lead, organize and execute the employee activities, deal with the employee conflicts or complaints in the office, recognize the good performer to strengthen JBT core value & culture; educates managers in the progressive performance management system, help managers especially managers outside of Thailand understand Thai culture better & help Thai employees understand JBT's management culture.

4)  Office management   manage the office, ensure a supportive office admin in place  

5)  HR system management    work closely with team members to ensure employee information is updated in systems, Compass, Replicon, Concur, etc

6)  Training & development   provide internal training resource to staff, select & provide external training resources, keep on tracking & manage the budget

7)  Coach the people managers from HR perspective on communication

8) Other HR related projects and/ or assignments

Qualifications

1)  Bachelor degree or above, with business school or social science education background is preferred

2)  English native speaker, professional verbal & written - must; other language capabilities will be a plus; excellent on excel & data management

3)  Over 5 years working experience in HR full function, must have experience on recruitment, employee relations management

4)  Can-do attitude, always seek solutions

5)  A good team player. Keep cool under pressure & can deal with conflicts in a constructive manner

6)  Open to tough business decisions
